IBM welcomes all Bangladeshi chefs who serve in different places worldwide to the club. The club organises various events such as the ‘International Master Chef’ competition, and member chef professionals can shine their skills.
Who are we?
International Bangladeshi Masterchef is a non-profit organisation (IBM) that promotes what the general public calls Indian food, which, in essence, is a national business owned, staffed, and cooked by 85% of Bangladeshis. Their product is aimed and adjusted for the taste of the English palette. Highlights the cuisine and the many chefs working in 12000 restaurants in the UK and chefs working on airlines and ships in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and other countries.
We are to hold over a while ‘International Master Chef’ competition to give recognition and encouragement for their hard-earned efforts to be creative and innovative encompassing restaurant cuisine and the more rustic South Asian cuisine.
